My Poem : "Conscience of a Young Lady"

Conscience of a young lady
Ringgg-A-Ding-Ding-Dong!
I got up to see the time elapsed
I flick the velvet curtains
and glimpse through the window
Looking at the glistening sparkle of sun
Today it feels too fast for me
but little that I know
I have grown up as a young lady

I left family and friends
to acquire knowledge in a foreign land
Ever since I touched down from Boeing plane
I’d see the future of myself emerging
It’s like a light through the darkness
Rising high and shine with full of glory
I shall explore the endless knowledge
Even if I have to walk down the Giants causeway
Or even to climb up atop the Mourne Mountains
I promise I will strive till the end

I feel blessed and thankful
for  all the fresh memories I’d captured eternally
of the friendliness and smiles of the people
of the mesmerizing and joyous Ceilidh dancing
of  the stunning green meadow filled with fluffy sheeps
of the grandeur of the historic Titanic
my heart has been engraved here in that foreign land
Where i’d wake up, and be inspired once again

The voice inside my mind keep tuning
And the head contemplating like a rocket in the sky
I shall never lost and fall
I shall persevere like my mother
I shall love deeply like Juliet
I shall be strong and lead like Cleopatra
I shall fight for peace like Suu Kyi
I shall live a sincere life in the hands of God
I shall appreciate the colours of diversity
Out of all the sheer curiosity
Let’s the conscience define me
I will and will always be
inspired and grow up as a young lady

PS:This is a piece of work i'd submitted for Professional Study Level 4 assignment to Mr Alistair Fee.Hahaha, sounds a bit funny, but i was having fun writing it! my first attempt in poetry writing anyway XD
