How To reduce Stress?

This few tips may be practically good for me you guys,we are having stress almost everyday,rite?it juz da matter to realize it or not.



Get up, take a quick walk and get some air. Give yourself a few minutes of downtime to clear your mind when things get too hectic

Physically squeezing something other than your colleague's neck is another effective way to release your tension and stress.

Do not set yourself up for failure. Too many times people do this because they set impossible goals for themselves. Instead, set smaller goals that are within your reach. Make a list of what needs to be accomplished, and cross off even simple things as they are accomplished. Instead of feeling stressed out, you will begin to feel a sense of reward and accomplishment each time you are able to achieve a new goal.

You don't have to do it all; everyone has limitations. It is okay to ask others for help, even if it simply means seeking insight from someone with more experience on a given matter. Discuss problems with a trusted friend or family member. Sometimes, just talking through a problem can help create a solution, once a person has the chance to calm down and see the situation from a different perspective.

It may seem impossible, especially if you are already packing 25 hours of work into a 24-hour day, but you need to set aside at least a few minutes for yourself each and every day. Even if it is just a few moments to listen to your favorite music or call a friend, take the time. You're worth it.
